Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items (such as certain beauty masks and skincare samples), intimate products (like brushes, sponges, or any products with direct skin contact), and gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
